Ingredients:
~Crust~
-Digestive Biscuits 12
-Sugar 1 tbsp
-Melted Butter 6 tbsp
-Plain Tea Biscuits as required
~Cream Cheese Mixture~
-Cream Cheese 300 grams ( Room Temperature )
-Sugar 1/2 cup
-Heavy Cream 1 1/4 cup
-Gelatin 1 1/2 tbsp + 2 tbsp cold water
Bowl 1: Oreo 2 crushed
Chocolate Syrup 2 tbsp
Bowl 2: Lemon curd 2 1/2 tbsp
Bowl 3: Caramel Sauce 1/4 cup
Bowl 4: Heavy Cream 1/4 cup + Vanilla 2 tsp
Method:
~Base~
Crush biscuits add in sugar & melted butter mix well
Press down the crust evenly
Divide in 4 parts and place tea biscuits as shown
Freeze for 10-15 min
~Cream Cheese Mixture~
In a bowl add cream cheese sugar and beat for 2-3 min
Add in heavy cream and beat for 2-3 minutes
Temper the gelatin by adding 2 tbsp of water to 1 1/2 tsp of gelatin
Let swell for 5 minutes and the microwave for 30 seconds
Pour the gelatin in the cream cheese mix and mix well
Divide mixture into 4 bowls equally
Bowl 1: Add crushed Oreo and chocolate syrup
Bowl 2: Add in lemon curd
Bowl 3: Add in caramel sauce
Bowl 4: Add in heavy cream and vanilla essence or powder
Pour the mixtures and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight
