One of the great things about choosing a career in teaching is that it puts you in a great position to be able to relocate if you want to. Where you find people, you'll find schools, and you'll find teaching opportunities.

Relocation be an option for a number of different reasons, but whatever your motivation is, you'll probably be asking some hard questions about how to make the move.

To get some insight into how to navigate your relocation to a new school, we spoke to two experts in teacher recruitment. Hannah Boydell is HR administrator at Rendcomb College in the UK. She explains some of the questions you should be asking your new school when you're thinking about where best to live when you relocate. We also spoke to Hannah Plimmer, senior recruitment advisor at Ark, about the different ways you can approach your relocation, and how to job hunt when you're thinking of changing areas.
