Hey peeps!!! I am so happy to finally offer you a new hourglass workout + mini band. The mini band can be tricky but find one that is strong and that won't go off your legs too fast. It takes time to really control it while working out but the effect is so WOW!!!

This workout includes:
- different booty exercises like donkey kicks & straight leg lifts that lift your booty
- glute bridges & sitting squats that make your hamstrings work
- abs exercises for a smaller and trained waist
