Some people may NEED to wash their scalp everyday to keep it clean. Scalp hygiene is extremely important not only for your hair, but skin as well. If you do need to wash your scalp everyday, restrict the shampoo to only your scalp on a daily basis, and move it down to your hair when required (maybe once in 3-4 days)
If done correctly and when required, washing your “hair” on a daily basis has benefits and must be done!
