On Feb 9th, 2023, Union Pacific Railroad operated its rotary snow plow over Donner Pass. A spreader set worked west between Soda Springs and Cisco, plow, plowing snow onto the #2 track/up against the snow bank from the #1 track. The rotary traveled east up the #2 track, cutting the snow bank back. Here is the condensed version of the footage I caught.
