Preface: I'm still a noob at this game!
I've been travelling from spawn at Cherno all the way to Nagornoe to meet my friends in the North, my character was ill and I think what caused the puking was me over drinking as you can see in the clip (from what my friend told me).
I had barely seen anyone on my way up, and I had no idea there was anyone in the house in this clip, on hindsight I should've probably just ran after puking, but I was completely caught off guard and was panicking.
If you can't tell, I was (still am) fucking fuming about this, it's a good thing my shadowplays been mucking up with audio because it'd just be me freaking out and swearing like usual.

(LOOK HOW EASY THAT KILL WAS! THAT GUY WAS FACING AWAY, DIDN'T HEAR ME WALK UP, DIDN'T HEAR THE DOOR OPEN, SLOOOOOWLY TURNED AROUND WHEN HE HEARD MY DICKHEAD VOMITING LIKE HE'S 12 JAGERMEISTERS DEEP AT A NEW YEARS PARTY AND PULL OUT HIS RIFLE, IF ALL I HAD WAS A TOOTHPICK SHANK I COULD'VE GOT HIM!)
