Commissioner Reynders discussed with students and scholars about topics such as the Rule of Law Report, conditionality in relation to the Rule of Law & fundamental rights in the context of COVID-19.
The conference was organized as part of the Jean Monnet Module dealing with the rule of law and mutual trust in global and European governance coordinated since September 2018 by Professor Ramona Coman, President of the IEE-ULB.
