This is a really kick ass amp. Victory calls it a “Hot Rodded Vox” I believe. It’s got some unique and modern features but definitely has the old school AC30 thing going on.

It’s bright and cutting but not harsh. I definitely need to get a Hot Cake again and a Nobels style drive. That combo with my old Morgan AC20 was killer and I can imagine it’d be perfect for this amp as well.

In the video, I kick on a LPD 68 (which I thought sounded pretty good with it but not great…..great pedal for clean fender amps though!) and a RYRA FuzzAMatic (in my ears I didn’t think it sounded great but watching back I thought it was pretty solid!).

This is my Tele straight in with the 2 pedals i mentioned above. Spring reverb and tube driven trem coming from the amp that sounds fantastic! Everything going into my Roland Go Mixer Pro.

** the high pitched hum you hear is from the Roland. The batteries died in it and was being powered from my phone. In the manual they say this is normal. I used this amp with my Tele for a couple gigs this weekend and the hum was not there so that’s my assumption 🤷🏻‍♂️ **
