Today I will try to relieve you of anxiety, stress or headache with a wonderful scalp massage ASMR therapy. And realistic layered sounds will create a relaxing massage experience for you. Get ready to feel much better and fall asleep easily!

I realized I haven't done head massage therapy in a while. And after taking into account requests for anxiety-relieving content from you, my special friends, I decided that these would be a great combination. And here we are! Of course, I tried to make this session as relaxing and fun as possible with new and different techniques.

Especially ice globes were new and very fun tools for me to use. The sounds made by these globes were already relaxing enough, but I tried to create a more realistic massage effect by using layered sounds. I think you'll really enjoy this.

Another detail about this session is that I used parts of my scalp massage videos from a few years ago. This will be a special and affective old school content for all of us. Even though I love my old techniques and style, I now see myself at a much more advanced level and satisfied with the work I do. But it wasn't a bad idea to make a compilation of content from those days. I hope you liked it too.

Anyway. You can use this particular therapy for headache (maybe migraine), anxiety, ADHD, OCD, or stress relief. All the techniques I use can be soothing for all these problems. But remember that this video cannot replace any treatment. So just watch or listen and enjoy relaxing or falling asleep.
