Perfect 10 is here as a British Premium tier 7 cruiser for the newest racing event in Legends. She is essentially a reskinned Plymouth, but with some notable stat changes. For starters, Perfect 10 is much faster, comes with an exhaust smoke generator, a speed boost, faster torpedoes, and a better rudder shift time. To make up for this she has worse concealment in and out of smoke, a slower reload, and lower AP shell damage, than Plymouth.
