Step-by-step guide on how to remove / change / replace the engine air filter on first generation of Mazda3 sedan ( 2003 | 2004 | 2005 | 2006 | 2007 | 2008 | GX | GS | GT | SPEED ).
First unclip 4 clips holding the air filter box. Next loosen up the phillips screw like shown on the video and you will get access to engine air filter. Once you remove it, make sure to thoroughly clean the inside of the air filter box and then install the new air filter.
