Today we show you how to make Fermented Habanero Hot Sauce ~ EJEN containers ~ Very Hot
Oh yea... this Hot Sauce is wonderful and very hot... To make this you must use a 4% Salt and water brine.. it takes 34 grams or two tablespoons to 1 Quart of water to make a 4% Bring. be sure to make enough... in other words make two quarts worth...

Ingredients
30 habanero's or so
Salt and water
1/2 cup of White distilled Vinegar
1/4 Cup of Salt
1/4 Cup of Sugar
1/2 pound of fresh peeled garlic
Prepare as shown....
