Maggie Huang, SFMBA '24, spent her career always on the go. Both literally – regularly traveling to remote mining sites for work – and figuratively – moving through the flow of a high-demand managerial role, completing one task after another.

MIT's Sloan Fellows MBA was her chance to finally reflect on it all and learn how to systematically build up her framework to be a better leader.
