Here is a simple, easy recipe to make your own plant based milk using a blender. Cashew milk is my most favourite plant based milk to use over granola, cereal or drink on its own. You don't need to strain the milk. However, if you do, then save the cashew pulp and make a dip out of it. You can watch my other video on how to make cashew dip. I have a savoury and sweet recipe for cashew dip. But first let's make some delicious thick cashew milk:)
All you need are 2 ingredients and water. That's it!
2 cups Cashews
4 Cups water
Blend in a Vitamix blender
Strain through a cheese cloth or nut bag.
You don't need to strain the cashew milk if you don't want to as the Vitamix blender is a high powered blender, that grinds the cashews into a fine paste.
