This makes me very sad! The ADHD side is/was my studing style especially in high school before I got help 🤦♀️. I want to bring awareness that lack of concentration is not lack of wanting to do our work. We are wired differently. Tips that helps me:
1. List, making the task manageable
2. Purposeble Breaks 5-15 min per hour per project
3. Timers
4. Designated person to check on you and keep you in track.
5. Don’t multitask
