Recipe:

Crust:
24 whole Oreos (including cream centre)
25-30g unsalted butter melted

Filling:
Full Fat Cream cheese 340g (needs to be full fat)
Caster Sugar: 80g
Sour Cream: 85g
Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp
Eggs: 2
Oreos: 8-12 chopped

8x8 square cake tin
