Here is an easy routine from my "Forever Fit" class I teach in Wimberley, Texas. The group practiced the song one time and we taped the second time, so it is very easy for folks to pick up.

I recommend if you are teaching any Active Older Adult class to put in something like this sometimes because it is like play time. We have so much fun and you actually break a sweat... bonus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
