- Frozen Mandu (Bibigo)
- Cooking oil
- Your favorite salad greens
- Oriental Dressing : 2Tbsp Chopped onion
1Tbsp Soy sauce
1Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1Tsp Honey
1/2Tsp Minced garlic
Extra virgin Olive oil
Parsley
Black pepper
Mandu Gratin
- Frozen Mandu
- Cooking oil
- Salsa sauce or Pizza sauce
- Grated Cheese
- Some chopped onion
Mandu Beoseot Jeongol
- Frozen mandu
- Different mushrooms
- Your favorite vegetables
- Broth : A handful of Pyogo mushroom
Dasima (Kelp)
1Tbsp Anchovy powder
1Tsp Dasida(Korean Soup Stock)
* If there is no 'Dasida', it's ok to use other soup stock.
1/2Tbsp Guk-ganjang (Korean Soy sauce for soup)
* If you like more salty taste, it's better to add salt than soy sauce.
- Mustard sauce : 2Tbsp Soy sauce
2Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
2Tsp Sugar
1Tsp Mustard
1/4 Sliced onion
