Havoc Demon Hunter FINALLY Has some changes! While its not everything we wanted, it is some good quality of life changes (as well as some expected nerfs to the tree). There are still LOTS of problems, which is getting worrying as we get closer to the launch of the new expansion, but hey its better than nothing.
