Welcome to this 20 min power yoga vinyasa class! This is not a typical vinyasa yoga class. We'll move through creative flows for tight abs, yoga strength, and yoga flexibility.
We'll integrate core activation throughout this yoga flow. We'll challenge our strength in both standing balances and arm balances.
If you're a beginner yogi, flirt with more challenging poses. Find your edge and have some fun with it!

For more experienced yogis, this will energize your entire body and activate your core.
Practice this class as a 20 min yoga workout or a chance to find mental and physical strength, perseverance, and equanimity.
