In this video we'll be showing you how to use PPC or Predictive Powertrain control to reduce driver fatigue and improve fuel economy. PPC Used digital road maps and GPS to see the road ahead for up to 2 km. When activated inc conjunction with cruise control the system selects the appropriate speed/gears to optimise efficiency. A new feature of PPC on Actros/Arocs 5 is the new Inter-Urban functionality.
