1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml
Ingredients:
2 cups Basmati Rice
4 cups Chicken Stock (boiled) [store-bought]
2 cups Onions
½ cup Green Peas
1 cup Tomato
12 Cloves
12 Cardamom Pods
2" Cinnamon Stick
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 Tbsp. Ghee [clarified butter]
4 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Serves: 6 -8
