- Coriander Powder (1 TBSP)
- Turmeric Powder (1/2 TSP)
- Salt to Taste
- Water As Required
- Cook 90 %
- Cool it down and blend into a fine paste
. For Egg Curry
- Ghee/Oil (2 TBSP)
- Finely Chopped Onion (1/2 Medium Sized)
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (1/2 TBSP)
- Base Gravy
- Sugar
- Cook Well
- Fried Eggs
- Kasuri Methi Powder (1/2 TSP)
- Home Made Garam Masala Powder (1 TSP)
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
. Serve with any Indian Bread
