Yellow pumpkin -300 gram
Toor dal -2soup spoon
Sesame oil -1tbsp
Mustard seed -1/3tsp
Cumin seeds -1/3tsp
Whole black pepper -5nos crushed
Dry red chili -2nos
Garlic cloves -4 thinly sliced
Finely chopped ginger -1/3tsp
Spinach leaves -7 nos finely chopped
Turmeric powder -1pinch
Cumin powder little bit
Garam masala little bit
Red chilli powder -1/3tsp
Asafoetida -1pinch
Salt to taste
