One in three people with cystic fibrosis require treatment for pulmonary exacerbations in any given year. Treatment of inflammation to reduce pulmonary exacerbations remains a key unmet need in CF.
The Did You Know video series was created by the Boomer Esiason Foundation to provide short, informational videos that educate people about everything cystic fibrosis, from the challenges patients face to the latest pharmaceutical breakthroughs to news from CF Centers across the country. In the first series, BEF teamed up with Corbus Pharmaceuticals to educate about pulmonary exacerbations and how they impact people living with CF.
