INGREDIENTS
420g of lentils
60ml of olive oil
10g of salt
40g of sesame seeds
7g of dry yeast
METHOD
1. Leave the hulled red lentils to soak in water for at least 12 hours (There is no need to cook them, be sure to only use the peeled ones that you can easily find in the supermarket).
2. Drain them well and pour them into a bowl, adding the olive oil, sesame seeds, yeast and salt.
3. Blend everything until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
4. Spread it well in a pound cake mold, and level the surface well.
5. A nice sprinkling of sesame seeds and in the oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
