Eric Cartman gains supposed psychic powers after sustaining a head injury. This event occurs when Cartman, attempting to fly with cardboard wings, falls from his roof. The local police, led by an incompetent detective, believe Cartman's "visions" and use them to solve various crimes.
As Cartman enjoys the attention from his newfound abilities, a serial killer becomes active in South Park. The police rely on Cartman's visions to catch the killer, but his clues are misleading and nonsensical. Meanwhile, the actual psychic detectives, who are essentially frauds, become jealous of Cartman and challenge him.
