3 banana smashed
2 cups oatmeal (instant oats)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder

2 cups milk(coconut milk)
2 cups carrots shredded
1 cup dates chopped
1 cup raisins
1 cup coconut shredded( unsweetened)
1 cup walnut chopped
2 tbsp flaxseed grounded
8x10 pan

Protein icing
8oz cream cheese (vegan)
3 tbsp protein powder ( vanilla)
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup water
