It's pretty said that our President is not comfortable enough to recite even a short passage from the Declaration of Independence. This time he botches the beginning, then just bails. Of course this recalls a previous time President Biden attempted to recite this document's most famous paragraph. Biden botched it badly and created the "you know the thing" meme.
