This became necessary due to the altercation between factions of the Labour Party in the court premises after yesterday’s pre-hearing session.
At the commencement of proceedings, President-elect Bola Tinubu and the APC through their counsels told the court they will not be objecting to documents duly certified by the Independent National Electoral Commission.
The People’s Democratic Party also moved its motion seeking live transmission of the day-to-day proceedings
