As a registered dietitian the thing that frustrated me the most is the way we have made nutrition so complicated!!
There is so much conflicting information that people end up getting confused, overwhelmed and just give up before they even really start!
Today I am so excited to lead over 1,000 people through the LEAN 5 day preview and my TOP goal is have them feeling confident with their nutritional priorities for weight loss by the end of the week!
I will teach them about the importance of eating enough food and what their personal balanced macros look like! I will teach them to stop fearing fat and carbs and the importance of adequate protein daily! I will teach that meatloaf and mashed potatoes are a fabulous dinner and to stop over thinking whole food nutrition! I will teach them the power of short but effective strength workouts and most importantly I will let them ask all their questions and lay out all their concerns and fears and I will provide them with answers to finally clear up all the confusion!
Such an exciting week for the whole LEAN community as over 4,000 of us strong go into the last two weeks of August!!
