Welcome to another live where I’m gonna be making meatloaf cupcakes it’s simply meatloaf but we’re going to put a little sauce on the top. Bake them and then we’re gonna top them with mashed potatoes but we’re gonna do it like we’re making meatloaf so I grabbed my piping bag and tip so I can make them look super special.
Here are the ingredients:
6 pounds of ground beef
Two medium onions, chopped
1 tablespoon of Himalayan salt
1 tablespoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
2 tablespoons of minced onion
2 tablespoons of fresh garlic
One cup of superseded or oatmeal
2 cups of Parmesan cheese shredded
4 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce
6-8 large eggs
1 cups of balsamic vinegar
6 teaspoons of hot sauce
4 cups of ketchup
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients into a large bowl, except for the balsamic vinegar, hot sauce, and ketchup.
2. Two greased cupcake holders till about a2 half an inch below the edge.
3. Bake at 400° for about 20minutes.
4. Remove from the oven, combine balsamic vinegar, hot sauce, and ketchup, and put a little bit on top of each of your meatloaf, cupcakes, and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes
5. Remove from the oven let them for a little bit then pull them out of the cupcake holders put onto a tray.
6. To your cooked potatoes combine two sticks of butter and a little bit of milk and mix with a mixer, making sure that it’s not too thick because you want to be able to put it into your piping bags.
7. Fill a piping bag with mashed potatoes and pipe on top of the meatloaf cupcakes
8. Sprinkle with a little bit of parsley to top.
