South Indian Chutney Ingredients :

For Preparing Coconut Chutney:
- 1 cup Fresh Coconut (grated )
- 1 tbsp Salted Peanuts
- 2 Green Chili
- 5 tsp Tamarind & Soaked Water
- Water
- Onion
- Salt
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- Dried Red Chili
- 1 Round Dried Red Chilli
- Curry Leaves

For Preparing Kara Chutney:
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Split Chickpeas
- 1 tbsp Split Black Gram Lentils
- ½ Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 5 Dried Red Chillis
- 4-5 Garlic Cloves
- Water
- Tamarind & Soaked Water
- Salt
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1tsp Split Black Gram Lentils
- Curry Leaves

For Preparing Peanut Chutney:
- Salted Peanut (Without Skin)
- 2-3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Split Black Gram Lentils
- 2 Green Chilies
- 6-7 Garlic Cloves
- Tamarind & Soaked Water
- Salt
- 3 tbsp Oil
- ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
- ½ tsp Split Black Gram Lentils
- 2 Dried Red Chillies
- Asafoetida
- Curry Leaves
