2 cups of milk (500ml).
2 eggs.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1/2 cup of water (125ml).
~ 1 and 3/4 cup of all purpose flour (220g).
~ 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil (20ml).

meat filling:
1 medium onion.
2 garlic cloves.
1 red bell pepper.
1 green bell pepper.
2 tablespoons of olive oil.
500g of minced meat.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
1 teaspoon of oregano or thyme.

Béchamel sauce:
2 tablespoons of butter (30g).
1/2 cup of all purpose flour (50g).
2 cups of milk (500ml).
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
some nutmeg.

Mozzarella slices and shredded mozzarella cheese.

Recipe 2 :
1 mediume potato.
1 medium onion.
1/2 red bell pepper.
1/2 yellow bell pepper.
6-7 medium mushrooms (160g).
200g of chicken breast.
salt.
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
3/4 teaspoon of paprika.
1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
Parsley.
~ 3 tablespoons of olive oil .
2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese (optional).
6 tortilla bread (18cm)
Mozzarella cheese (~200g).
~3 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying (you can use the air fryer, or your oven to avoid frying with oil).
some fresh parsley for garnish (optional).
