Looking for an easy dinner idea? Here is a delicious one pan meal with ground beef and potatoes. Meal full of protein and flavor! I consider this an easy recipe, because in order to prepare it you only need basic cooking skills and a pan😊

Recipe:
Slice 5-6 potatoes
Turn the heat on medium and add cooking oil to the pan
Cook potatoes until almost done
Finely chop 3-4 cloves of garlic
(Garlic and potatoes are made for each other :) )
Add garlic to the potatoes and mix well
Season with salt, black pepper and paprika
Chop a bunch of parsley
(Parsley is another good friend of potatoes :))
Add parsley to the potatoes before taking potatoes off the heat
Mix well, take off the heat and place potatoes into the baking dish
Chop 1 onion
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent
Chop 1-2 cloves of garlic and add to the pan
Make a well and add minced meat (500g, 1lb) to the pan
Cook the meat until it begins to brown
Season with salt and black pepper
Add 400ml (1lb) of canned tomatoes and mix well
Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes
When cooked, add a handful of frozen green peas
Mix green peas and meat well and place the meat on top of the potatoes
Grate 100gr (3.5oz) cheese
Sprinkle the cheese on top of the meat
Slice fresh mozzarella cheese
Place mozzarella slices on top
Sprinkle with chopped spring onion
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180C (370F) to melt the cheese
