Is the housing market going to crash in 2021? Are we in a bubble? My prediction? No! Because we're NOT in a bubble and the fundamentals are strong!

I did a bunch of research this week on this exact topic because I initially planned to make a video about how the market is over-inflated and we're probably going to crash because that's what everyone is doing on YouTube. However, I've found some interesting data that makes me think a little different. Here's what I found:
