4tsp of Traeger Big Game Rub
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup of water (you could sub beer, cola or whiskey)
1/4 Worcestershire sauce
2LBS of trimmed venison sliced 1/4” - 1/2” thickness
Marinade over night in the refrigerator
Use Traeger Big Game Pellets and set to Smoke for 4-5hrs
Allow to rest in plastic bag for 1hr at room temp.
