Provide auditory instructions for how to move or control the balance board. Say things like, “tilt it to the right”, “hold it steady in the middle”, “tap it forward then backward”, etc. Try dribbling a basketball while standing on a balance board. Use a balance board as a standing desk to help your favorite fidgeter.
