2017 Audi A4 (B9) knock at shut off, and whenever come to complete stop. Bad engine mount? Audi says this is 'normal' but i've had 4 loaners and NONE make this noise.

There are two 'knocks'...a smaller one at start, then stronger one when car shuts off. It makes both noises not just when starting and stopping though. Every time you come to a stop it does the knock, even if it doesn't auto shut-off.
