Starting Day 180 on this carnivore keto diet journey and I'm down big today with a loss of 1.6lbs day to day. I started at 212.4lbs and have now lost 56.8lbs total just by eating animal based foods. I started carnivore diet to see it would help my digestive issues and it ended up giving me the benefits of increased performance, mental clarity/focus, and emotional composure that allows me to be a better Dad, Husband, leader, entrepreneur. I used to think that people who did carnivore diet were ketogenic diet influencers doing it purely to stick it to vegans and generate attention on the Internet, which is hilarious, but I guess not entirely true because it's been amazing for me :) I started this carnivore style of living is because one day while scrolling YouTube I ran across a Joe Rogan podcast on @JREClips where Joe talked with @JordanBPeterson about carnivore diet and his experience on it. They also discussed Jordan's daughter @mikhaila story overcoming all sorts of issues by doing a strict carnivore way of eating she calls the Lion Diet. Then I bought The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino @Paulsaladinomd on audible to learn how to do this effectively. During my daily lunch breaks I would watch videos by @KenDBerryMD @LauraSpath to learn more about how to make this work and 24+ weeks later here I am, down 56+lbs, sharing my carnivore lifestyle transformation.
