Been hectic at the Lockemeister Homestead. Had estimates from a few plumbers in replacing our 17 year old 50 Gallon Gas Water heater. Please note. April 1st, 2015, New EPA regulations for heater efficiency will raise prices 30-40 percent, Get a new heater if you need one before the price hikes!!!
Been having lots of Spring showers as of late. It's slowing me down me more than my normal slow speed. I will get it into gear for the next video. No kidding!
