Are you "hanging back" in your golf swing? The hang back creates many problems including loss of distance, poor contact and in some cases injury! When you learn to get through the ball, your balance will improve, your contact and distance will improve as well. The question is, should you use your trail side, or your lead side to get through the ball properly?
Before we get to that answer, we will also discuss how the shoulders move in the backswing. Michael will show you how the “reverse pivot” hurts your ability to get through the ball, and how you can make the proper shoulder turn to set up your downswing for success.
