"I was driving in Round Rock Texas when I pulled up to a red light. I pulled up next to a senior citizen bus and noticed the bus driver with a glass pipe in his hand. As I grabbed my phone and hit the record button, He proceeded to light the pipe in an attempt to take the hit. After a few seconds of recording, he looked over and noticed new recording. At this point, he pulled up and made a left to where I followed him. You can notice him swerving."
