This 5.5 hectare development is slated to be a one-of-a-kind mixed use waterfront F+B destination project that would celebrate the local culture and tradition of the place's native fishing village. Through the integration of programs and configuration of spaces, this man-made "island" development is a one stop destination for both the local and international guests and tourists. A combination of reclaimed island for the central core and stilted structures are envisaged to house a fully functioning "Seafood Dining Village" in one area (12,300 sqm) while an amusement/theme park zone (7,000 sqm) is provided for high energy events and family-oriented programs.
