Baking Powder or Cornstarch??? What secret ingredient worked better to get these chicken wings super crispy in the oven. Watch the video to find out!
INGREDIENTS
• 3-4 lb chicken wings, trimmed into wingettes ( drumsticks & flats)
• 1 tbsp baking powder(winner!) OR Cornstarch
• 2 tbsp olive oil
Spicy Dry Rub
• 2 tbsp Chef Ange Base Seasoning - [ Ссылка ]
• 2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
• 2 tbsp Nashville Hot Seasoning
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 375F, convection setting on
2. Season wings with olive oil, baking powder OR cornstarch, Chef Ange Base Seasoning - [ Ссылка ], Cajun seasoning, and Nashville Hot seasoning.
3. Arrange seasoned wings on a baking sheet with a raised grate and bake for 20-25 minutes.
4. Remove wings, flip over, re-season with Spicy Dry Rub, spray lightly with oil and place bake in the oven. Bake for another 20-25 minutes.
5. Remove wings, flip over, re-season with Spicy Dry Rub, spray lightly with oil and place bake in the oven. Bake for another 20-25 minutes. YES AGAIN.
6. Remove wings, raise temperature of oven to 395F, flip over, re-season with Spicy Dry Rub, spray lightly with oil and place bake in the oven. Bake for another 20-25 minutes. YES AGAIN, AGAIN.
7. Remove from oven and let cool 5-10 minutes before eating for maximum crispiness.
