Living Well Lung
This is an unedited version of a video demonstrating how simple it is to juice ginger. Many patients ask about ginger, and my dear friend Nancy Willis a well-known artist with muscular dystrophy believes that the addition of ginger juice in her daily regimen has kept her well and out of hospital for the past year.
Becky makes sure the fridge is never empty of ginger juice - and she demonstrates how to juice ginger with rare beauty and grace of a Vermeer painting.
Though evidence in clinical trial form is lacking, we do often suggest ginger to protect against and sooth chest infections, address nausea, bloating and stomach cramping. Hypothetically, the essence of ginger should also help to maintain mouth health in people dental issues related to systemic diseases such as Sjogren's, scleroderma or chemotherapy.
