This is a special occasion snack in our house, for those days when you need something sweet, but you don't want to undo all the hard work and resort to eating sugar again. Not to fret, this vegan caramel popcorn will help you master those cravings.
Not vegan, but looking for a healthier snack but bored of plain flavours, then give this a go. It is reminiscent of the sweet popcorn you get at the cinema.
You can make it with crunchy or smooth peanut butter, whichever you prefer, although smooth is a little closer in taste to traditional sweet popcorn.
