In this video I'm assembling a 4116 / 4164 DRAM tester. It's designed by Stephen Vickers, and (at time of writing) is available for purchase from his eBay store in kit form and ready-built.

Please note that I purchased this board to assist me in repairing retro systems; 4116 and 4164 RAM chips are widely used in 80s era computers such as the ZX Spectrum and Commodore 64.
