Most pets will undergo anesthesia several times in their life: desexing surgery, dental cleanings, biopsies and surgeries, and yet vets never really talk what you can expect at home as your pet recovers from this common and useful treatment. I often filed calls from clients who are distraught about what is actually a perfectly normal anesthetic recovery and whenever it happens I wish I had the time to spend to go over what is normal and what isn't normal with them. So here is a video that every pet owner can benefit from, and that every vet can show their clients to prepare them for what to expect when their cat is recovering from anesthesia.
