In this video I use an effective method to catching BIG mangrove snapper which is CHUMMING. These fish are so smart and have EXCELLENT eye sight which makes getting one of these tasty fish to bite your hook that much more challenging. But... when that chumm hits the water they go crazy and are not as weary to your terminal tackle. Also, the sharks have been REAL BAD this year and i just cant seem to get away from them.
